Description of Calibration
These inspections are performed in order to get the best possible test
conditions
for the customer.
Barometric Pressure Transducer is calibrated
Temperature Transducers are calibrated
Reference orifice plates are tested to make sure machine is functioning
correctly.
And the final on site step, is to have the customer use the machine
to see
if they feel comfortable with the calibration and/or repairs
performed.
The last step is done at our shop. This step involves finishing the
Calibration
Report and re-checking the data for any problems that might be
found.
For our remote customers, we have the option of providing
calibration
equipment for the customer.
CCDI and its Calibration Technicians will make their best
efforts to schedule a
calibration at the best possible time for our
customers. We do not want to
interrupt any production schedules that our
customers are trying to meet.
Our technicians will contact the customer, prior to showing up on site, so
that
we can bring all necessary items needed
to perform a smooth on-site calibration.
