CALIBRATION QUESTIONAIRE

  • n-site technician will inspect 3 things:

        1. The Airflow Test Stand
        2. The air supply and quality of air
        3. Any problems or issues concerning the test stand

Description of Calibration

  • These inspections are performed in order to get the best possible test conditions
     for the customer.

  • A leak test will be performed on the equipment.
    This is to ensure the machine has been operating correctly and will calibrate as
     quickly and as accurately as possible.

  • All pressure and temperature transducers will be calibrated.  This step
     is a quick and painless procedure for the customers.

  • The Sonic Nozzles will be verified for the "Before calibration" report.
     Then the nozzles will be calibrated.

  • And the final on site step, is to have the customer use the machine to see
     if they feel comfortable with the calibration and/or repairs performed.

  • The last step is done at our shop. This step involves finishing the Calibration
     Report and re-checking the data for any problems that we can find.

For our remote customers, we have the option of providing calibration
equipment for the customer.

           CCDI and its Calibration Technicians will make their best efforts to schedule a
           calibration at the best possible time for our customers. We do not want to
           interrupt any production schedules that our customers are trying to meet.
          Our technicians will contact the customer, prior to showing up on site, so that
          we can bring all necessary items needed to perform a smooth on-site calibration.
