CCDI and its Calibration Technicians will make their best
efforts to schedule a calibration at the best possible time for our
customers. We do not want to interrupt any production schedules that our
customers are trying to meet. Our technicians will contact the customer,
prior to showing up on site, so that we can bring all necessary items needed
to perform a smooth on-site calibration.
Once on site, the technician will inspect 3 things:
1. The Airflow Test Stand
2. The air supply and quality of air
3. Any problems or issues concerning the test stand
These inspections are performed in order to get the best possible test
conditions for the customer.
Second, a leak test will be performed on the equipment.
This is to ensure the machine has been operating correctly and will
calibrate as quickly and as accurately as possible.
Third, all pressure and temperature transducers will be calibrated.
This step is a quick and painless procedure for the customers.
Fourth, the Sonic Nozzles will be verified for the "Before calibration"
report. Then the nozzles will be calibrated.
Fifth, and the final on site step, is to have the customer use the machine
to see if they feel comfortable with the calibration and/or repairs
performed.
The last step is done at our shop. This step involves finishing the
Calibration Report and re-checking the data for any problems that we can
find.
For our remote customers, we have the option of providing
calibration equipment for the customer.
