Custom Designed Airflow Testing Fixtures:
CCDI is routinely called upon to create solutions for specialized airflow problems. We have helped our customers to flow their parts faster and easier using custom designed airflow fixtures.

Airflow Measurement Services
CCDI
provides airflow measurement service of turbine engine blades, vanes (nozzles),
shrouds, manifolds, and vane segments, which many of our competitors cannot
provide. We will build the tooling necessary for
specification requirements for purchase or on a cost-sharing plan. We provide a cost-efficient reason to bid jobs, which would
otherwise be passed on. Our 4,800 Gallon Air Tank Farm can supply air to parts
that are nearly impossible to flow in a regular shop.
Flow Stand Upgrades:
CCDI is continuously improving its processes, software, and hardware used on CCDI Airflow Stands to ensure to most accurate measurements possible. We offer equipment upgrades to extend the life of our Stands and help to increase productivity. Depending on the upgrade the Airflow Stand requires, it may be executed in the field during a calibration service trip, or the Airflow Stand may be sent to our facility.
External Sonic Nozzle, Orifice Plate, and ASME Nozzle Manufacturing:
CCDI manufactures external sonic nozzles for use in the calibration of Airflow Stands. Our standard nozzle sizes range from .015” to .999” respectively. We can manufacture larger sizes to reach customer needs if requested.CCDI manufactures orifice plates for use on scientific comparators. We manufacture custom sizes to meet the needs of our customers.
CCDI can supply ASME Nozzles from 0.300" to 40" GFA/EFA or larger if requested.
All nozzles and Orifice Plates are individually measured and certified.
Our ASME Nozzle array can calibrate EFA ranges from 0.5 to 30 Square Inches and is NIST Traceable.
Flow Stand Calibration Serivces
CCDI calibrates transducers, sonic nozzles, and orifice plates on CCDI Airflow Stands on-site to keep the Airflow Stand within specification requirements. We will schedule Flow Stand calibrations when most convenient to the customer. Our goal is to limit the interruption of production schedules to as little as possible, causing the least amount of down time.
Spare Parts:
CCDI maintains a number of replacement parts for airflow equipment in order minmize downtime. Parts that are normally three weeks delivery as kept on-hand and only a day away in most cases.
